ALLAN GORDON
Chairman
Allan Gordon serves as Chairman of Gordon Property Group. Mr. Gordon has executed numerous real estate acquisitions, including commercial and mixed use buildings in Manhattan, property in Westchester and the Bridgehampton Tennis and Surf Club. With his brother Edward S. Gordon, Mr. Gordon acquired Meyers Parking in 1985 in a public to private transaction. Mr. Gordon also has a distinguished career in equity capital markets. He co-founded Gordon Haskett Capital Corporation, an equity sales and trading firm and member of the New York Stock Exchange. Gordon Haskett, through its affiliate Indata Services Co., provides marketing leading portfolio management software. Mr. Gordon has previously served as a Governor of the American Stock Exchange as well as a board member of numerous public and private companies. In addition to his involvement in real estate and finance, Mr. Gordon has contributed to New York’s famed cultural scene by producing some of Broadway’s most celebrated shows, including Rent, Hairspray and Kinky Boots. Mr. Gordon has garnered six Tony Awards for his theatrical work. Mr. Gordon is a graduate of New York University and Harvard Law School.
TIM GORDON
Managing Director
Tim Gordon serves as a managing director of Gordon Property Group and oversees day-to-day operations. He led the development of The Alyn, a luxury residential property located at 152 E. 87th St. Mr. Gordon is also a partner and founder of Aria Development Group, a real estate private equity firm with over $300 million in assets under management. Aria's notable developments include 321 Ocean Drive in South Beach and 465 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Mr. Gordon co-founded Gordon Haskett Research Advisors, the equity research affiliate of Gordon Haskett Capital Corporation. Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Marketing
Adam Gordon serves as a managing director of Gordon Property Group and is responsible for marketing and strategic relationships. Mr. Gordon is also President of ASG Global Entertainment, a production and marketing company, and Broadway Merchandising, a merchandise producer. For his work on Broadway, Mr. Gordon has earned six nominations, as well as three Tony Awards for Kinky Boots, Pippin, and The Color Purple. Mr. Gordon holds a BFA in Film & Television from NYU and an MFA in Cinema & Television from the University of Southern California.
